Terms of Use

Last updated: October 2026

These terms apply to everyone who creates an Adesplor account. By creating an account or signing in, you agree to them.

What Adesplor is

Adesplor helps residents, tourists, and visitors discover local places, ask and answer questions, follow communities and places, and share posts, reviews, and photos. Some of what you see was written by other people using the app — their posts, reviews, questions, answers, and comments.

Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior

Adesplor has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. You may not post, upload, or send anything that is abusive, threatening, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable, and you may not use the app to harass, bully, impersonate, or abuse another person.

See our Community Standards for the full detail of what this means in practice, including how we filter, report, block, and remove content and accounts that break these rules.

Your content

You’re responsible for what you post. You keep ownership of it, but by posting it on Adesplor you allow us to display it to other users as part of the app’s normal operation (for example, showing your review on a place’s page). We may remove any content, at any time, that breaks these terms or our Community Standards, without prior notice.

Enforcement

We review reports of objectionable content and abusive accounts, and we act on valid reports promptly. We may remove content, suspend, or permanently ban any account that violates these terms or our Community Standards, at our discretion and without prior notice.

Accuracy of local information

Places, offers, events, and answers are kept up to date by their owners, managers, and other users on a best-effort basis. Always confirm important details (opening hours, prices, availability) directly with the place or business before relying on them.

Account deletion

You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account. Content you shared publicly that other people have relied on (such as an answer someone else is still reading) stays on the app without your name attached to it, the same way it would if you had never created an account.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change in a meaningful way, we’ll update the date at the top of this page and ask you to agree again the next time you sign in or sign up.
